Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
