Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack products to meet customer orders within strict deadlines.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in cycle counting.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace policies.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers using hand trucks and dollies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
