Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and move products throughout the facility.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts using scanning systems and ensuring stock levels are optimal.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and shipping logs, in a timely and precise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions (if applicable).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
