Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Inspect forklifts for safety hazards and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Accurately maintain inventory logs and picking lists.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
