Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure they are properly labeled and packaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate packing machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips to minimize errors.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Reliable transportation to the Newark facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
