Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing
- Operate packing equipment including sealers, labelers, and wrapping machines
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and workplace standards
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Valid identification and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
