Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products according to daily orders
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies against packing lists
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Complete daily paperwork and digital inventory updates accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Kensington Expressway location
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
