Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a strong emphasis on speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counting to minimize loss.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Report damaged goods or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various warehouse conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
