Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery with strict adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Prepare shipments for transport with proper documentation
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA forklift certification a plus (we train)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions
