Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and barcode scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all products
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in regular warehouse audits and inventory counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
