Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable quantum-ready AI architectures that power our core products.
- Lead Research & Development: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring our stack remains future-proof against rapid technological shifts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex tech concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Optimization & Security: Oversee the performance tuning of complex algorithms and ensure robust security protocols for decentralized data.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in software engineering, with 3+ years leading technical teams or projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Quantum/AI Background: Hands-on experience with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
