- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech roadmaps with 2030 vision
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and future-proof architecture
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market disruption opportunities
- Present innovation roadmaps to global stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 2026-adjacent project delivery
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or post-silicon materials
- Published thought leadership in future tech ethics or AI governance
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Deep familiarity with ISO 20700 and IEEE 7000 standards for emerging tech
- Portfolio of deployed solutions with $10M+ commercial impact
