Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes and disruptors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive audiences and boards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing trend-based predictive models
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future strategy implementations
