Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for future-proofing business operations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce scenario-based forecasts for market disruption and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation product innovations
- Advise executive team on policy implications of emerging societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
