Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Produce actionable intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and acquisition targets
- Design scenario-planning models for market volatility and black swan events
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
