Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Design and facilitate future-thinking workshops for leadership teams
- Monitor competitive disruption vectors and recommend strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Track record of influencing C-suite strategy with future insights
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological convergence
- Experience with agile futures research frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
