Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Advose leadership on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proofing methodologies and agile foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential technology assessment
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
