Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Produce quarterly innovation whitepapers and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and venture capital firms
- Architect the company's R&D pipeline for breakthrough technologies with 5+ year development horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-backed confidence intervals
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership through industry keynotes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling frameworks
