Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating the 2026 digital landscape
- Deliver executive briefings on quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Author thought leadership published in MIT Tech Review and Future Studies Journal
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate uncertainty
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts with proven impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning tools
