Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop scenario models and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Present future insights to executive leadership through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and innovators
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing future-facing strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
