Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports across technology, sustainability, and socio-economic domains
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders and key clients
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Present findings at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
