Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models for strategic decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders across global teams
- Create annual '2026 Impact Reports' with actionable recommendations for R&D and product development
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present future outlooks to investors, boards, and external partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Portfolio of published future scenario analyses or strategic foresight projects
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and social megatrends
