Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify 2026 market opportunities

- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive leadership teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models
- Architect innovation pipelines for next-gen product development
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into scalable solutions
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite strategic recommendations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (required)
