Responsibilities

- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling, risk assessment, and ROI forecasting
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to synthesize complex information into executive insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Published thought leadership in foresight, strategy, or future studies preferred
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
