- Develop innovation frameworks with 5+ year vision timelines
- Collaborate with C-suite to align R&D priorities with corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional teams executing prototype-to-production pipelines
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains
- Executive experience with P&L responsibility and budget >$50M
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
