Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech trends and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership reports on metaverse economics and decentralized ecosystems
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and venture capital teams
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or ventures
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and academic innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in tech futures or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) required
