Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- System Design: Architect high-performance, scalable machine learning infrastructure and cloud-native solutions.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, tuning, and deployment of large-scale AI models to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to integrate into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and make high-level architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
