- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce actionable scenario plans for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Analyze global megatrends and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Design innovation roadmaps with measurable milestones for emerging markets
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain proprietary knowledge base of future-relevant research and forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategy implementations
