Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills for innovation projects
- Certified in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive board experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives from concept to launch
