Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro-interfaces) into actionable 5-year roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic technology solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present futuristic visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on technology evolution
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for 2026-ready technologies
- Anticipate societal and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in launching innovative tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Demonstrated experience with C-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
