Job Description
We are at the forefront of the telecommunications revolution, and we are looking for a visionary 6G Network Architect to join our elite engineering team. As we look toward 2026 and beyond, the definition of connectivity is shifting. We are building the invisible infrastructure that will power the metaverse, autonomous systems, and hyper-personalized AI.
In this role, you will not just design networks; you will define the physics, protocols, and standards of the next generation of wireless communication. You will work alongside leading researchers and semiconductor partners to bridge the gap between theoretical physics and deployable technology.
Why join us?
- Work on the bleeding edge of technology with a competitive compensation package.
- Flexible remote-first culture with quarterly innovation sprints in Silicon Valley.
- Equity package tied to the company's success in the 6G space.
Responsibilities
- Architect the air interface and physical layer protocols for 6G networks, focusing on ultra-low latency and massive machine-type communications (mMTC).
- Develop and validate network slicing strategies to support diverse use cases, from industrial IoT to immersive AR/VR.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to integrate AI-driven signal processing algorithms into baseband units.
- Model and simulate network performance using advanced tools to predict spectral efficiency and coverage patterns.
- Lead the standardization efforts within international bodies (e.g., 3GPP) to define global 6G requirements.
- Ensure robust security and privacy frameworks are embedded into the network architecture from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications (PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of wireless communication theory, including OFDM, MIMO, and beamforming.
- Proven experience with 5G New Radio (NR) standards and a strong grasp of upcoming 6G research trends.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB for simulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network performance issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
