Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 8+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record scaling enterprise AI solutions to 10M+ users
- Expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical authority
- Experience with Fortune 500 C-suite stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Framework
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
