Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Work efficiently in various areas of the fulfillment center, including receiving and shipping departments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and targets.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure stock levels are accurate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and barcodes accurately.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
