Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with precision and speed
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Pick and pack high-value inventory for major automotive and retail clients
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with equipment operation certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management experience
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic math and computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
