Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately to ensure timely shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in organizing storage areas to optimize workflow and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided.
