Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor overnight team members to ensure peak productivity and safety standards
- Oversee high-volume order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency during overnight shifts
- Conduct thorough quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and manage warehouse data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience with overnight shift leadership
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning
- Forklift certification and experience with heavy machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
