Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify: Accurately select items for orders and prepare them for shipping with high attention to detail.
- Equipment operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucks.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Team collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
