As an Order Packer, you will be the final point of contact for our products, ensuring accuracy and quality before they leave our facility.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
- Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, or quality issues prior to packaging.
- Label packages accurately with proper shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and order forms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
