Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inspect inventory for damage and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of daily shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
