Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently move products onto and off delivery vehicles using power jacks and dollies.
- Picking and Packing: Use handheld scanners to locate items and prepare them for shipping, ensuring high accuracy standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain organized stockrooms and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets Amazon's rigorous standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Work Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and using scanning technology.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
