Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the fulfillment area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards.
- Scan and track inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties including loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands (standing, walking, lifting up to 49 lbs).
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
