The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be part of a high-energy team working in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds (with or without assistance).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
