Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Prepare: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and power jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
