Responsibilities
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments while maintaining strict 0°F to 40°F protocols
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems following OSHA safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Perform sanitation procedures to ensure HACCP compliance
- Document temperature logs and equipment maintenance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in sub-zero environments
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
