Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld RF scanners (RF guns) to scan barcodes and update inventory levels in real-time systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages or defects prior to packing and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the shipping team and supervisors to meet daily volume and quality targets.
- Load Preparation: Properly label and prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring stability and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
