Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Scan barcodes and track inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
