Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders according to Amazon's quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and Amazon's safety policies at all times
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory in designated zones
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for onboarding)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
