Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse settings
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-departmental material transfers and staging operations
- Maintain detailed equipment logs and conduct pre/post-shift inspections
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Optimize warehouse flow through strategic pallet placement and retrieval
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator with 3+ years' experience
- Valid Class A or B CDL license preferred
- Proficient in RF scanning and WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Forklift certification (sit-down/stand-up/rough terrain)
- Experience with hazardous material handling protocols
