Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Adhere to Amazon's high standards of workplace safety and cleanliness
- Support seasonal peak periods and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the 1501 Amazon Way facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
