Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular compliance audits
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Analyze KPIs (productivity, accuracy, safety) and implement improvement strategies
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and digital reporting tools
- Collaborate remotely with corporate leadership on operational planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with remote team management tools (Slack, Asana, Teams)
- Forklift certification and lean manufacturing training preferred
